As of yesterday, The TPC have signed a lasting agreement with the Sheliak Confederacy regarding their aggressive protection of their borders. They have finally capitulated to the constant persuasions of other cultures to laxen their border patrols and as a result of a renewed Tzenkethi diplomatic effort they have finally agreed to allow certain levels of traffic, I hope this ushers in a new era of galactic cooperation for the quadrants.

OOC: you realise that when a Sheliak leader applys he doesnt have to honour this agreement until he signs it  Finally the sheliak can engage in peaceful negotiations, lets hope it will lead to a prolonged war free era in Sheliak Space |
