Greetings from Starfleet Command it is good to see a new leader in the government, The Terran Alliance faces troubling times ahead. A new face in the picture may be just what we need. As Earth and Andor have been long time allies, I would like to propose a possible treaty between The Terran Alliance and The Andorian Empire. Maybe we could even go some way to establishing a New Federation. |

This would be a perfect opportunity to allow Starfleet to recover from our disasterous loss of the UFP collapse. We will leave it to you to name the agreement draft a formal treaty to post on the treaties board...
