I think this the right place.
I would like to become the leader of the borg because i think i can help them progress beyond their already outstanding level. The borg have poor relations with other species (i wonder why that is...) and i think i can improve this.

I looked over your history on CAG and you seem like a good player, unless Tomalak has an objection I see no reason for you not to take the Borg as your own - however consider their true nature, you cannot make them too friendly; but I like the idea of them finally wanting to make friends with people.
