Due to the collapse of the UFP, The Andorian Empire is looking to forge alliances to prevent invasion by any one of the powerful and unpredictable galactic powers.
We do not want war, but we pledge our full support to any allied powers.
We hope to possibly reforge a New Federation of Planets to discourage further problems caused by opportunistic races who may try to take advantage of the current turmoil created since the terrorist attacks and the subsequent collapse of the UFP.
The cowardly attack on Andor caused serious loss of life and major disruption to the capital, but DO NOT underestimate the strength of the Andorian military and it peoples determination.
