Under a new and renewed banner I, Superlator Skreiiakaron have united the many sects and patriarchies of a once proud Tzenkethi nation and brought from the ashes a new union which hopes to make a difference in this hideously torn new galaxy. From the ruins of the Federation I hope to create new and stronger bonds with glorious worlds such as Trill or Andor and finally begin to open my civilisation up, rather than adopting a secretive and insular approach which led to the bloody war with the Federation.

If Starfleet is willing to ally themselves with you, The Andorian Empire is also willing to put the past behind us and start afresh. Perhaps you would be willing to join the New Galactic Alliance and formalise the agreement. We hope to get as many species to join as possible and create a union to rival (and possibly exceed) the UFP. In essence we wish to one day create a New Federation of Planets. |

Though the Tzenkethi would love to enter into alliances with your two proud races we are yet to fully distinguish our position within this ever-changing galactic climate. I am however most notably grateful for both of your acts of forgiveness which I accept in kind and assure you that the Tzenkethi bear no grudges and have no ill feelings towards either of your cultures.

You seem to misunderstand me, I do not refused friendship at all, I embrace it, and I hope our civilisations can engage as friends, but my worlds are not yet ready to sign anything official, soon I hope, but we have many internal affairs to sort out .

I did not mean to imply that you did not want friendship. ok, we understand that you have many affairs to sort out, we do also, so we will be friends but leave an official contract for when we can determine what the future of our civilisations will bring.
