For hundreds of years we have helped to keep peace throughout the Alpha and beta quadrants but we are glad to see the back of the federation. if they attempt to invade the romulans we will stop at nothing to bring an end to the terrans and I will not stop until I have admiral johnsons head spewing with blood on my desk.
Peace for us did not prevail, it left us restricted from our full potential. Starfleet tried to force us beneath them, keeping us from becoming a prominent major race. For that they will pay - we will have our moment in history - we will be victorious!

The United Federation of Planets had rules, you were aware of them when you joined. We did not hold you back we just prevented you from going to war against the El'Aurian Republic on countless occasions so as to not bring more wars to the Alpha Quadrant. Is there something so wrong with wanting peace.

I too, do not like your threats. As we are again formally allied with Starfleet, realise that we will stand with them against any aggressors.

Even us, the Tzenkethi find ourselves appaled by your species' behaviour and strongly discourage you dispensing any more of this warmongering, in reality your civilisation has not the backbone or the capability to make good on these threats against any of us, tread cautiously.

thankyou for your support. It is in you best interests to stay out of any conflicts I have with the romulan star empire Arturis. And certainly dont make threats you cannot support with manpower & military force

Then consider this an act of war. Your fleet is a mere fraction of mine and you hardly have the manpower to wage a war successfully with the possibility of a Borg invasion on your space. If you do not stand down we will silence you by force. I do not wish to make enemies but this conflict cannot be blamed on me.
