Following the formal dissolution of the imperialist Dominion by the ad hoc leader and Founder, Odo, the Gamma Quadrant fell into warring factions and sects, ruled over by warlord Jem'Hadar and Vorta.
One such sect was the Talkant'Hal tribe, which, under an especially cunning and intelligent warlord, came to dominate much of what was now Jem'Hadar space.
Soon, he amassed a fleet and ground force great enough to recapture the former Dominion territories, calling himself only the Regenarch.
Now, the might of the Dominion prospers once more, no longer under the selfish rule of the Founders, but under the god-like figure of the Regenarch, who will bring honour back to his people...
Glory to the Dominion!

...and fear to any who oppose it.
After The Alliances relinquishing of the Cardassian military back to its proper rule the non-aggression pact between the Dominion and the Alliance has ended, they are free to do as they choose but let's hope they do not make the same mistakes twice.

I hope this new Dominion is more open to peaceful coexistence than war. If they are, we welcome an opening of diplomatic relations.

The Dominion certainly favours diplomacy over brute force, and would take the opportunity of relations with the Andorian Empire gladly.

We are glad to hear that. I hope we can set up a meeting and possibly formalise some sort of agreement.
I am open to suggestions for locations for this? Maybe we could send a diplomatic envoy to meet somewhere of your choosing?
With the current state of the galaxy we welcome all the allies we can get.

The dominion certainly has changed, we believed it would be the founders and Odo to bring peace to the dominion not the Jem'Hadar & Vorta. We shall see how this new leadership fares before opting to form alliances with a once brutal enemy.

Yes, I think maybe an alliance is too much at this time, but we would still like to open diplomatic channels with The Dominion.
Our offer of a meeting is open. It is up to you to take the next step.

The Tzenkethi possess an earnest desire also to be present at some kind of talks with this new Dominion, it was their influence back in wartime that drove us out of this quadrant and into the situation we are now. It would be most preferable to see a new and considerate leader amongst the Gamma Quadrant's least popular import.

Starfleet would be pleased to attend and/or host these negotiations however neutral ground would probably be more sensibe. We agree that this should be left upto the dominion

I have no objection with this and now that hostilities with the gideonites are over I would be more than happy to extend any alliances I can.
The Peace talks will be commencing at 2000 hours on the 15th December (RT). A sub-board will be made in "Peace & Alliances" for any discussions before and during the talks.
