If an alliance could be formed between The Dominion, The Terran Empire, The Gorn and The Andorian Empire we would be a formidable power. It would certainly go some way to establishing a new Federation.

I know that the Vulcans, Tellarites and Klingons have been quiet since the break up of the UFP, but it would be nice if they could become involved.
