The Andorian Empire is seriously concerned about the Borg invasion of the Arcadian Empire. If they succeed they will have strengthened their foothold in the Beta quadrant.

The Terran Empire completely agrees but without going to war with the Collective there is not much thate we can do. We are currently at war with the Gideonites (OOC: when tzenkethi leader comes online to moderate it) so we cannot spare any resources to hold them back and our friendships are not too strong with teh Romulans. I see no easy way of preventing their expansion.

That is our thinking as well. We have debated long and hard about whether we should send a fleet to aid the Arcadians, but we really do not stand a chance against the Borg.

We request that you withdraw. You already have most of their planets. Leave them with some dignity or at least time to evacuate. |

OOC: I cant believe I was actually just making a post saying that I had sent in 90,000 ships to the Arcadian Senate - then I realised they arent actually being led by anyone so it really was pointless
IC: What you did today will not be forgotten. The line must be drawn here; this far; and no further! You must end your aggresive expansion into the beta Quadrant, before you make too many enemies. You yourself said that it is time for the borg to change, The Arcadian Senate was not preventing you from fullfilling missions and other than their Omega research they posed no target for you. If it was merely expansion you wanted there is huge amounts of unused territory in the Delta Quadrant. We resent your war against the Arcadians and although we do not have the power, yet, to do anything about it we will never forget this.
